Always a great experience at this vet clinic. The staff is kind, professional, and clearly cares about their patients. Keri is always so helpful and welcoming. My dog Lola was spayed here, and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!
RVT Dhruv at this clinic is amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, as well as their humans. He's a rare breed that manages to find the perfect balance of care and attention to the animals as well as their humans. He explains things really well without being pandering or condescending. He is patient and understanding. I was also impressed he did a follow up call to see how my little fur baby was doing after having some issues. His bio says he sees himself as a "paw-holding, owner-consoling.... Vet tech" and his actions are pretty true to that.
Keri was very professional and genuine on the phone.
Absolutely amazing. The most accommodating under the circumstances so very polite and respectful of what we were going through. The fact that they were able to get us in on such short notice meant more than anything to us.
I have been attending Seneca Animal Clinic for nearly 30 years. And although my original vets have since retired, I have come to know those who replaced them and have always had good and reassuring veterinary experiences with my many cats who I have brought in. I have even brought in strays to see if they were chipped, and still got the same treatment as I did with my own pets. The staff is always warm, courteous and professional and I trust them with my animals. I would recommend them to anyone looking to start a relationship with a solid veterinary office.
Our cats Misha and Masha have been going to this clinic for years. Just to explain to you how great it is, we have moved to Innisfil and yes we are still willing to travel because everyone who works at that clinic is professional, knowledgeable and above all kind. We know that our kitties are in great hands. On a side note, we absolutely adore Julia, she’s wonderful, caring and extremely knowledgeable!
