The staff were friendly and greeted us nicely, which created a good first impression. However, the women’s washroom had a running water issue, which was inconvenient.
We were also surprised that the theatre itself felt quite small and the screen seemed smaller than expected, which took away from the experience a bit.
Overall, good customer service but the facilities and theatre size could use some improvement.
Based on my last two visits, this Cineplex location could use some improvements. The screens are noticeably smaller compared to other Cineplex cinemas, and the seating rows feel a bit congested. There’s also an unpleasant smell as soon as you enter, which gets worse in Auditorium 4. On the positive side, the sound system is great and delivers an immersive experience. With some upgrades to seating, screen size, and air quality, this location could be much better.
Conveniently located in Scarborough, this Cineplex is great for easy access and decent showtimes. However, some amenities could use updating—seating comfort and food options especially. Still a solid spot for catching a movie close to home.
Cineplex Odeon in Scarborough offers a fairly good movie-going experience, with comfortable seating and a variety of snack options at small stores inside the theatre complex. Went there recently to see The Life of Chuck, a great film by the way. The theatre showing the film in the complex was practically empty, despite the production winning wide accolades.
The theatre complex also has other sections showing a few new Indian movies in different languages.
The theatre complex is located in a central area, making it easily accessible. The staff are friendly.
First time going to this movie theatre in decades. Oddly, it still looks the same.
Old, tired, dirty, poor layout, poor facilities, one washroom at one end of complex, sound leakage from next theater and they don't put salt on the popcorn if you want some they give you little take out packs. That about covers it.
The staff I interacted with were quite friendly and willing to help as best they could. They were probably the better part of visiting this cinema.
