Ascott clinic is a very humane pet veterinary clinic. My two dogs have been taken care of by them for the past 25 years and have received very quality service. Special thanks to Dr. Matthew Gwak for taking care of my dog (DongDong) in the end and provide professional services and advise during his sickness and let us know the step we have to face next. Many thanks to their team member Anna as she provide us warmest service and great support to me & my family in helping me take care of my beloved DongDong.
The clinic is very clean and the receptions are all very nice and helpful. I referred a lot of my friends because they always try their best to help sick animals and try to see them as soon as possible. The doctors are very nice and explain treatment plan very clearly.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Dr Felix Gwak and the Receptionist Anna at the Ashcott Veterinary Clinic) for providing me with very professional, compassionate and caring support in assisting me to put my furry baby Meko to sleep (Euthanasia). It is extremely important to me, a furry baby parent during such emotional and difficult time. I would also like to sincerely thank to Dr Matthew Gwak for providing very knowledgeable and loving care for Meko in the past almost 15 years.
I couldn’t be happier with the care my pets receive at Ashcott! The location is incredibly convenient, making visits stress-free. The entire team is fantastic—always professional, kind, and attentive. They take excellent care of my pets, provide timely reminders for check-ups, and ensure there's plenty of time for any questions I may have. Their follow-ups show just how much they truly care.
A special mention to their adorable front-desk cat, who greets visitors from the counter and adds an extra touch of warmth to every visit! 🐾
