Amazing rehearsal studio. Rob is very accommodating and super helpful. They have all we need. We really like it here.

Had our first band rehearsal at The Farm Rehearsal Studios. Was a VERY good experience. Rob has been very responsive through the process of booking and rescheduling our studio times. The studio had all the equipment we needed. And Rob was very helpful in setting up the equipment for us. I highly recommend the Farm.

What can I say? Our band absolutely loves this place. We've been rehearsing here on the weekly for a year now. Quick communication and follow ups from the owner Rob, as well always on the premises to answer any questions or help you with the next booking. Quality gear in great shape as well the rooms are maintained and cleaned regularly. If you've rented space in Toronto from one of those big guys, you'll appreciate THE FARM. Rob also brings his years of the music industry right to THE FARM with his experience from PA/sound set up to recording, he can even record you right off the floor. The hourly price is great and the time blocks are pretty flexible. If your band is looking to Jam or rehearse it is worth the trip. The extra little thing for me.. parking. Lots of it and all close to the door. We are 7pc band and the largest room #5 suits us just fine and we are not cramped. Smaller rooms are available, but just call Rob up and he'll get you into a perfect size room for you.

Was my first but not my last visit. They have some great renovations going on and improvements to the studio rooms. Really friendly people.
