Dr. Agatha Kisiel handled the intake for our 13yo male cat Chartreux's humeral fracture, and Dr. Carl Porter performed his surgery 2 days later. He is now at home recovering with very detailed instructions for wound care and pain meds, and follow-ups in the next few weeks. We already see him starting to put weight back on the paw.

At every step of the way he was handled with care, professionalism, and thorough attention. We were kept updated every day. Quotes were detailed, transparent, and accurate. Dr. Porter was extremely patient and helpful in discussing options, tradeoffs, and post-op care.

At no point did we ever feel rushed, that something was being overlooked or missed, or that decisions were being made on the basis of money. We feel like Chartreux's long term well being was prioritized at every step. Surgery is expensive, but that's what pet insurance is for.

We are so grateful to the team at TVEH - thank you.

Hands down, the best place to bring your pet for emergency care. Over the last two weeks, my little Yorkie, Harley, was stricken with cancer. The veterinarians did their best to provide treatment that gave us extra precious time, for which we were genuinely grateful. I will always recommend coming here as they have the facilities and expertise matched with the highest standards of care.

Thank you SO much to the team at VCA TVEH. Our dog had a perforated ulcer and needed emergency surgery, and the team of nurses, doctors, surgeons, and staff were so quick to diagnose him and take him into surgery. The staff were so compassionate with us, and kept us in the loop through every step. Our dog stayed at the hospital for 7 nights, and we were able to visit and speak to the doctors and nurses throughout. We felt completely safe with him in their care, knowing that they would do everything to keep him healthy. He's home now and is already getting back to his usual self, and I can't thank this team enough for saving our boy and for all the hard work they do around the clock. Thank you so much! :)

Sadly the two times I came here it was to say goodbye to my 2 pet chihuahuas. I came here once in 2022 and today 2025.

Both times coming here I received amazing service by the doctor and the front staff. They were super understanding, and compassionate. They took their time to explain and gave us space to spend our last moments with them.

The first time we came they offered us 2 options for my dog but unfortunately we had to decide on the most humane but sad decision to put down my 15 year old chihuahua that was suffering with a failing liver.

Second time we came in with our second senior chihuahua that had already gone from a coyote attack. When we walked in we were treated right away with the same kindness and compassion as the first time we came. They gave us our space and explained the process again.

The cremation service and urns + foot print was expensive (first time $1000, second time$$850) I say it’s worth it for my childhood, fur siblings and best friends, money can be made again. Thanks for the great time and memories, rest in peace Daisy and Rex 💖

Thank you to all the doctors and staff.
