The clinic is well situated, there’s parking, staffs were friendly and helpful. Appointment did not take long and was on time, no delays. Booking appointment online and able to keep tabs on an app make it super convenient

I am very likely to recommend Bridle Trail Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Yau, Deanne, Brittany, Eugenie, and the whole team are always caring, professional, and supportive. They take the time to explain everything clearly and truly care about my dog Cookie’s health and comfort. I really appreciate the kindness and dedication from everyone at the clinic.

The staff and exceptional care/service is what keeps us coming back to BTVC. My pup was not kept in the best conditions when homed to us and BTVC was one of our first appointments when she was brought home. As a first time owner they let me bring her in every day for weeks at No cost and without seeing it as a hassle to get needed meds administered because I was struggling to administer it. They are always accommodating and NEVER dismissive of concerns.
I often hesitate to bring my pup to the vet but she LOVES it there and it’s one of her fave places to visit! Highly recommend Dr Ladak, Eugenie and all the staff!

Had our first visit with Bridle Trail Vet Clinic recently for our cat. Was a great experience overall. The staff were friendly and caring and really went out of their way to answer all of my questions and to make sure our pet was well taken care of.

I came in because Harley was having some skin trouble, and I was worried that it might be something serious. Dr. Peltekoff took the time to address my questions and thoroughly explained the condition. Now I have a much deeper understanding of the condition and how it's treated.
