Want to thank the team for the care of our Westie in the past 15 years. He had an emergency last night and the doctors and nurses there were efficient, caring and thoughtful to prepare and book us to the nearest emergency hospital. Especially thankful to Dr Chan for her professional care past few years.

When we adopted our two cats, their vet with the adoption agency was at this clinic. Since then, we stayed with this vet clinic as all our pets are comfortable. There is an online booking system for appointments. If the regular vet isn’t available, they have a sub from a different clinic, and he was just as helpful. All vet notes are maintained digitally and they review her history before the appointment.

When we got a dog, we took her to this clinic as well, and she is super comfortable. Despite the needles and check ups, she doesn’t mind hanging around.

One of my cats had some kidney related issues so we started him on a urinary diet. He didn’t like the flavour, and I was able to return the remaining cans and exchange for a different one with no issues.

One of my other cats wasn’t doing well after a surgery at a different emergency vet. The vet gave us a few options for emergency vet. They also made calls to plead our case to take her in but it didn’t pan out. He also gave a “best outcome” prognosis and what we could expect in terms of treatment and costing. The emergency vet didn’t pan out as the two they contacted aren’t taking any more patients. We weren’t ready to let her go yet, and he was able to refer us to another clinic open on a Sunday for the last appointment of the day. He also gave her some lickable pain medication so her last day was as comfortable as possible.

Despite moving much farther away, we are still returning to this clinic.

I cannot thank Dr. Wu and the whole team enough. I finally found my vet here to stay for all my baby's health and care needs. Whenever I have any questions or concerns about my family member, they have all been by my side. Cachet Village Hospital really good at follow ups promptly. I do not feel burden at all. I had my recent spay done here for Haylee. Dr Wu is amazing. Despite the long wait list for Dr. Wu, I promise she is worth the wait. I wait list for half a year to one year for this spay with specific doctor. What touched me the most was when I first saw Dr Wu, it is very very hard to come across a doctor who look past my dog's anxious and "on-the-surface aggressive but actually scared of life" predisposition. Not even a lot of trainers will bother looking past this and turn away my dog for training! She give me a lot of good tips on how to be a better parent for my baby dog.
Most important, Haylee has positive experience and noticeably loves Cachet Village hospital! Thank you Dr Wu and the whole team at Cachet Village Hospital!!
