Just okay. Pretty pricey but nice atmosphere. Food didn't quite match up though. Lacking in presentation and somewhat taste. The peking duck was crispy and lean, but a bit dry. Even the seafood stir fry with veggies was just okay. Quite bland. Even with the 15% discount soft launch it was a lot.
Soft opening dim sum review
Sister company to the other Fortune location at 16th/ Bur Oak Ave
Newly renovated, beautiful design, bright dining room, great and polite service from all staff
Food was delicious, generous and plates nicely
I was also greeted by assistant manager Grace, she was lovely and attentive

Overall I'd definitely return to try their other dishes
Fortune Landing just recently opened and it's part of the other Fortune Franchises, such as Fortune Villa located near (McCowan Road and 16th Avenue).
They serve Chinese Dim Sum during morning/lunch and dinner in the evening. It's the typical fine dining with fancier interior design. The only problem I found this type of restaurant is that...they wanted to elevate their fine dining game by charging higher pricing but yet the service isn't high-end to justify the higher food pricing.
We found $3.00 per person Chinese tea is expensive. I have not seen many restaurant gutsy enough to serve $3.00 a person. I drink tea but I really don't care the quality of the tea to justify paying $3.00 a person coz I drink mainly iced water.
We came here for dim sum and the place doesn't look big, I don't even think they have a private room either coz it's not a big space. It's a relatively small space but does its job to serve the local community.
Overall the food is decent, you will find lots of the dim sum offering here is very similar to what they offer at other Fortune Franchises. We did find the congee smaller serving here than other places.
Overall, if you are around the area or if it's cold and snowy out there and you don't want to drive too far, Fortune Landing gets the job done. Or if you don't even have a car but live nearby, you can walk here.
Currently, they are giving 15% off for cash dine-in and 15% off for Chinese BBQ take-out, but they didn't say for how long this deal is available, so you have to take your chances.
I visited the newly opened restaurant for dinner and the decor is beautiful! The food was delicious, especially the flavor of the crispy squab. The sweet and sour pork was good as well, with a nice crispy and light batter. The service was nice, I will have to come back for dim sum.
We come here a lot when it was still Wins Seafood. Came here on a Friday night at 6pm without reservations, got a table right away while tables were already at 80% capacity. Newly renovated and under new management now, so do expect chaos and long serving time. By 7pm the place was already packed and people lining up at door. Food is good as usual and reasonably priced. Servers were friendly but lacks coordination, big improvements needed. 15% off now during opening promotion.
