Got some take out (picture attached)
Fried chicken paella (crispy chicken, delish rice (but to call it paella?) Turmeric rice)
    Chicken pad thai (delicious)
    Mango salad 👍
    Mango sticky rice
Overall it's a happy purchase. I was kinda bored and in a rut of take out food. But this meal awakens my happy palate.

My experience was an interesting one. In my first visit, I ordered the fried chicken. It was so good. The chicken was so crispy, one of the best fried chicken I have ever had.
Then I visited again to try their famous pizza on Friday evening. It was bad. The dough was half baked and of course the pizza was soggy. I was sad. I can see they put a lot of good ingredients in the pizza, but maybe it was too much. I really appreciate that they honor their customers by putting lavish amount of cheese and source. But it just didn't workout.

Tucked inside King Square’s bustling food court, SOI Snacks brings Thai flavours to the table with a creative twist. I had the chance to visit as part of an invited tasting, and here’s what stood out.
The Thai Fried Chicken on Rice was the star. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfect with their tangy fish sauce vinaigrette. Easily a must-try if you’re dining solo.
For sharing, the two-flavour pizza is a fun option. I tried half Tom Yum seafood, which packed a spicy, aromatic punch, and half Green Curry chicken, which had mellow coconut notes and tender toppings. It’s a unique concept that makes Thai fusion playful and satisfying.
Snacks like the fish meatball skewers were tasty with tamarind sauce, while the variety of drinks (including a less-sweet Thai milk tea) gave nice balance. Dessert sealed the deal. The mango sticky rice came warm, creamy, and beautifully paired with fresh mango.
Friendly service and a wide variety of dishes make SOI Snacks a great stop whether you’re exploring King Square or ordering in.

This place is AmazeBalls!!! They provide decent pricing to fit everyone's budget! I had their Seafood TomYum & Green Curry chicken pizza, tasty and interesting presentation. And as a person that love em fish BALLs, welp I had those Deep-fried FishBalls, I wish it had a bit more spice to it but still very good. Now my personal highlight of the menu was the Thai Fried Chicken Paella Rice. The chicken was well made, with flavorful crust and juicy.... wet.....moist... meat 💦. Not sure who came first the chicken or me. But that chicken was extremely satisfying from the texture to taste. Overall I'd rate the food a.... Z.E outta 10. Z.E as in zesty and exceptional. Yeah I threw in adjectives with numbers, you can figure it out! :)

Who said food court eats had to be basic? 👀
Soi Snacks said “hold my Thai tea” and dropped a full-on flavour bomb in the middle of King Square. This isn’t just a quick bite — it’s a bold, spicy, saucy adventure that looks like a snack and tastes like a main event.

We started with the Fish Cakes: crispy on the outside, soft and spiced inside, paired perfectly with sweet chili peanut sauce and fresh cucumber for that crunchy-cool contrast.

The Green Curry Seafood & Thai Chorizo Pizza is the signature: creamy green curry, juicy seafood, spicy chorizo, and a perfectly runny egg all layered on a crisp crust. It’s chaos, but the delicious kind.

Then came our favourite: the Spicy Chicken Pad Thai. These noodles do not play. Coated in a fiery, tangy sauce and balanced with tender chicken, crushed peanuts, and fresh lime — it was vibrant, bold, and highly addictive.

For dessert, the Mango Sticky Rice brought the drama in all the right ways: creamy coconut ube sticky rice with tart mangoes made for a tropical, nutty bite that lingered. And finally, the Thai Milk Tea: floral, creamy, and just sweet enough to tie it all together.

Whether you’re on a snack run or turning lunch into a low-key celebration, Soi Snacks proves the food court can still bring the heat. Don’t sleep on this gem: it’s the kind of spot you’ll be dreaming about long after the last bite.
