Well I just want to go on the record and say that the ppl at Don Valley North (DVN) Toyota service are a amazing. My daughter's 2019 Corolla hatchback was at Whitby Toyota for days with no resolution and nothing being done. After this went on for days, I spoke to Brendon in service at DVN Toyota, (where we bought the car originally). He had the car picked up and brought to DVN where they completely fix the problem with my daughter's car within an hour of the car arriving. The people there are absolutely amazing, at looking after everything so my daughter had a safe car to drive. There is no better amount of security that a father can have then knowing his daughter is driving a safe and reliable car.

I want to recognize the Weins Group's excellence in Automotive Retail Management. The group is one of the most progressive, data-driven, and rational auto groups I have encountered in all my years of experience. Their expectations are on point, and they understand the capabilities and limitations of technology and don't make unreasonable demands. Overall, they are an absolute joy to do business with in all capacities. Keep up the good work!
Temporary new location looks good, and the service appointment was well organized and the associate who received the car was well prepared of my arrival and advisor also registered my arrival on time with no delays. Delicious refreshments were available at the time of my visit. Only one matter wanted to bring up, as you may need to know and it may help. Received an email to confirm the appointment and mentioned on a paragraph stating "We now offer complete detailing services for your Lexus vehicle. If you're interested in giving your Lexus a little extra TLC please ask us what options are available and how you can take advantage of them". When I asked the advisor and he explained that there are 2 packages for complete detailing. Around $110.00 difference between the twos, and the basic one will be around $265.00 as I do not remember the exact amount. Also Mr. Confirmed that these are the regular prices and I do not get any discount. When I asked about the offer by showing the email, he said that no offers, and the offers works when I get any coupons or in fall season there may be 10% discount. Otherwise this, all was good during my service visit.
