I came to this location to purchase a used Lexus ES 300 which I saw on there website. I had a horrible experience with Luke Wang sales representative, I came here on Saturday morning with the intention to buy. I told Luke the vehicle I was interested in by showing vehicle on the website. I specifically asked if the vehicle was involved in an accident. Luke said no the car is clean. After waiting for about 20 min for the dealers plate we went for a test drive in an empty IBM parking lot across the dealership.
We came back to finalize and I was told by Luke the car was involved in an accident with a significant claim of $17,000.
He also mention he does not have a similar package vehicle at the moment.
He also said he has no idea what was repaired in the car. He was trying to convince me to buy this Lexus ES for almost $50,000 without knowing what was repaired. He was also not sorry for misinforming me before going for a test drive.
Over all Sales rep wasted my time and he was not professional .

Hello, I felt the need to write a review based on my experience with this dealership. I Purchased a preowned vehicle that was traded in for a lexus upgrade. It was a cheverolet trailblazer. The salesman was Oliver Lo. The company and Oliver himself treated me like a million dollar customer...Incredible attention to detail and professionalism. Second time purchasing with Oliver and his customer service and concerns for getting me closer to the deal I want is unmatched. They had a vehicle trade in that I was looking for and called him right away to see if it was still available as hybrid go fast. I came in to test drive and made the deal same day without hesitation as I'm familiar with DVNL reputation for quality used vehicles. I came to the new Weins building and it's still a work in progress, but it's coming along and I'm liking the new facility for pre-owned sales and showroom.
