1star for smooth sale & 1 star for friendly staff.
After that I am very unhappy with my delivery, it's a $100k car and they decided to install front plate by drilling 5 holes into the bumper!!!! I am not discussing the use front plate as I know is law, but are you telling me you did not think about a drill free option? Or ask me and I provide the option?
They defense by saying it's " common practice" but I am in a group of owners and I am the only one with drill holes.
Extremely unhappy and apparently I am stuck with it.
I had a flat tire and brought my car in to markham benz location. The service was excellent — Rakulan Shan helped me right away! He was very fast, responsive, and professional. He made the whole process quick and stress-free. I really appreciated how efficient and friendly the service was. I’ll definitely come back for future maintenance needs!
