recently had my service done at Porsche North York and my advisor was Nin Hsu. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Porsche dealership. Nin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She helped solve several issues that other Porsche dealerships couldn’t fix. The level of attention, communication, and care I received was outstanding.

I am not surprised at all that this location has a 4.7+ rating—they truly deserve it. Highly recommend Nin and the team at Porsche North York for anyone looking for exceptional service!

Dear Reader, please note that whatever I write here does not do Porsche Center North Toronto and my sales executive Victor justice. I was asked how I would rate my overall purchase and delivery experience out of 10 and I said Infiniti! I was shocked how over and above the team went and that totally blew my expectations out of the window. My obsessive compulsive nature had finally been able to be put at rest, as the communication from Victor had been nothing less than impressive and immersive throughout the entire time we worked together. I picked up my CPO GT4 yesterday and it was the best overall presentation and delivery experience I have ever had. Words cannot describe it! It was so amazing that I was lost for words... Thank you Victor and the rest of the team for the "surprises" and for making us feel like family. Even the parts team members knew my name and what vehicle I was picking up... ; ) That’s true kindness the amount of care the complete team at PCNT gives to each customer. The GM should be thanked as well, as his vision and care to have the correct team members in all positions throughout the dealership that truly care about the customer and make amazing memories possible. It was my first visit, and it was a good experience. I got to see different Porsche models, and Daniel guided me well — we also had a nice conversation. I spoke with the Porsche advisor about the services they could provide for my car, but one of the things I had in mind didn’t work out. For example, adding a warranty contract to my new car seems to only be possible if the car was purchased directly from the company.
