Tommy and Lara make a great team. They always reply in a quickly which is extremely important in real estate. Tommy worked hard on my behalf getting a discount on asking price. During the final moments of closing I got quite anxious about my decision but they were very understanding and helped me to calm down and be comfortable in this big life decision. While overseas they made sure to reply to me in a timely fashion even with the huge time difference. Having an agent who you can trust and count on is huge. He is very good at hand holding through the process and giving words of encouragement. Highly recommended!

Finding the right new home can be very challenging under normal circumstances but it’s even more challenging when working on a tight timeline.

I found myself needing to find a new home in a very tight timeline when I first contacted Tommy. I gave him a general idea of what I was looking for and he sprung into action right away arranging for me to view some potential properties and making the entire process from beginning to end very easy and convenient for me.

Throughout the process he was very professional and offered me great insight that aided in making smooth decisions, honing in on the properties and amenities that fit my desires while weeding out the properties that weren’t quite right for me even if they seemed so at first glance.

What I find most impressive is that during the process Tommy had to head overseas and he was still able to arrange showings, negotiate a phenomenal price and ensure all documentation was accurate and complete while being in another timezone 12 hours away! This type of dedication was pleasantly shocking and far exceeded my expectations.

In the weeks after closing on my new property he called me multiple times to make sure my move went well and that I was settling in ok. This small gesture had a big impact and made me feel really taken care of.

Overall you can really tell that Tommy cares about his clients and takes a very professional and personable approach to helping them find the right home. He showed me that he’s willing to go above and beyond expectation and I have a great home now thanks to him.

I was looking for a house and I didn’t have an area identified on where I wanted to buy. Tommy was ever so gracious to help me narrow down my search to the areas that fit my lifestyle, budget and type of house I was looking for. He was super patient and tirelessly helped me view all the homes I wanted to see. I was in a time crunch as I already sold my old home and they made sure to help me find a place that I loved.

Once I found a place, he was able to negotiate the price and get it for $40,000 less than listing price!!!
