Ryan has been an incredible and supportive agent for myself and my family over the past 11 years. He was incredible in every phase of our housing journey. When we weren't looking actively, his housing emails would keep us aware of what activity was going on in all our areas. When we were in consideration stages of whether we wanted to buy or not, he gave us impartial and excellent feedback on the market, the types of places we could get, and the trade offs. When we perused casually, he had no qualms about showing us everything and anything. His honesty was unlike any other agent and allowed us to really see so many of these Toronto houses for the issues and challenges they had. He didn't do it to discourage us, but prepare us for what we were looking at. He tirelessly helped us look across this city over and over, and when finally it became crunch time with a place we loved, he was beyond incredible. He set up other viewings to ensure we were making an informed choice, he introduced us to everyone we needed (from mortgage brokers to lawyers to neighbours!) to move quickly, and he help inform a negotiation process without ever making us feel like we were being pushed into areas we didn't want to be.

More than anything else, Ryan acted with incredible integrity, which is something that is very very hard to find. He always had our interest at heart and found us our family home that we hope to live in for a long, long time. I couldn't recommend him more.

Personally dealt with Ryan for 5+ years in my search for a condo.
