Hardik helped us find a rental property within our budget. As a landed immigrant, it was so nice to get all the details over the call/email/app to checkout all the properties and then book a showing. Everything he coordinated was perfect including the choice of rentals, suggesting to adjust budget if needed, preparing the needed documents etc. He also checked if the property was upto the code and there were suitable grocery stores/shops nearby for us. Would personally recommend him as he is always welcoming, very responsive and helpful and overall a great Realtor agent.
