Russell Aquatics Swim School

My son has been with Russell Aquatics since he was about 8-9 months old back in 2020, and that alone speaks volumes. Every instructor we’ve had over the years has genuinely cared about their students and consistently gone above and beyond.

We’ve always considered our son to be a slower learner when it comes to swimming - when he was a toddler, he was far more interested in playing with toys than anything else. Yet not once did any instructor lose patience with him. They always met him where he was and supported him with kindness and understanding. Now, as he’s grown, we can truly see what a strong swimmer he has become. He still has lots to learn, but he always LOVES coming to this swim school.

My deepest thanks also go to the front desk team. Their service is truly top-notch. I’ve never experienced another place that responds to emails within hours - especially helpful for me when I’m at work and unable to make calls. For years, they have never missed a single email from me and always address every concern and need. Their support makes such a meaningful difference for our household.

Russell Aquatics is more than just a swim school. They genuinely care about every family and about the community, regularly organizing donations of food, gifts, and more. For me, this is a place where my son can grow and feel a sense of belonging. I could say so much more about this amazing swim school - I highly recommend them to all my family and friends!

Russell Aquatics is the best in all areas, the staff, the program, the location, the facility. We have been with Russell Aquatics since 2018. My kids loves it there. They love their teachers and they make learning to swim fun for them. The teachers are patient, they provide feedbacks and try their best to accommodate you with scheduling as much as possible. My kids do not want to go to any other swimming school, I tried and it didn't work 😁

My daughter has been with Russell Aquatics since she was 2.5 years old and from the very beginning, we were blown away by how they helped to foster her independence. While other places had Parent & Tot classes, Russell Aquatics helped support Nova to join lessons on her own, even helping us parents also manage the transition with her when she initially had separation anxiety.

Parents can easily follow their child's skill progression in their app and also have makeup classes if unexpected circumstances keep them from being able to attend.

While the whole staff is amazing, I want to give a very special shoutout to Nova's favourite teachers Nicholas and Michaela, Carolyn who is always ready to help with a kind smile, and most of all, Nicole the Aquatic Manager who has provided our family with above and beyond support for Nova's needs.

Russell Aquatics is incredibly effective and passionate about encouraging kids' love for swimming, and we are so thankful to have them as part of our daughter's village as our Baby Shark continues to develop and grow. ❤️

Absolutely amazing classes and instructors. Sent my first daughter since she was 3 months old and she is still attending classes at age 3. She is very comfortable in the water and has no fear at all. Now I have my second daughter enrolled at the same age and we can already see the difference in her comfort in the water! We love Russell Aquatics!

My granddaughter just completed another wonderful swimming session at Russell Aquatics. She thoroughly enjoyed every class with her outstanding instructor, Hannah, and it was a pleasure seeing her progress in this fun, engaging and personalized environment.
