Excellent Treadmill Running Analysis and treatment from Rostam Torki Sharifabadi.
I came to Rostam for help with running form and a mild Hallux Valgus (bunion) on my left foot. He recorded my treadmill runs, analyzed the videos, and clearly explained the main issues: too much vertical oscillation, left-foot pronation on landing, and not engaging my glutes enough. He built a progressive plan with specific drills and strength work, adjusted exercises based on my progress, and recommended suitable stability running shoes plus toe spacers to distribute load more evenly. He also did hands-on work to mobilize my left big toe and ankle (tighter than my right), which was a key contributor to my mechanics.
After a few sessions, repeat video analysis showed clear improvement in posture and control. Most importantly, I no longer feel discomfort under my left big toe after a routine 30-minute run. I appreciate the structured approach, attention to detail, and practical guidance. Highly recommended for runners who want evidence-based gait analysis and lasting results.
Amazing Results and Professional Care.
I visited Chris Ibrahim at Athlete Care Boxgrove for my knee and back pain, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chris took the time to carefully assess my condition and really worked to understand the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms. He created a clear action plan right from day one and followed through with genuine care and attention throughout my sessions. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about your overall wellbeing the way Chris does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective, thoughtful, and compassionate care.
Rostam has been incredible throughout my ankle fracture recovery. He’s always positive, encouraging, and genuinely listens to how I’m feeling each session. The exercises he gave me were challenging but truly effective, they helped me make steady progress and even avoid surgery. (Make sure to do every exercise he gives) He explains everything clearly, takes time to answer questions, and responds to emails quickly. I’m really grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone going through rehab!
My son went to Chris Ibrahim for his meniscule post surgery physio. As a mother with two athletic kids I have seen enough physio therapist, Chris is by far the best. Very hands on, straight to recovery and back to sports focused, very experienced with insightful explanation on the progress. Today is his last physio appt and we left there as good as new🙏🤩
My physiotherapist, Natasha Lad, has been amazing. I had meniscus surgery on my left knee over 10 years ago and never did enough exercise to fully recover. When I started playing tennis, my knee would swell with fluid and get so bad that I couldn’t even bend it after a game.
I began seeing Natasha about two-three months ago, and the progress has been incredible. She helped release the tight tissue, taught me simple massage techniques to do at home, and designed customized strengthening exercises for me each week. After a month, my range of motion started improving. We then switched to biweekly sessions to track my progress and adjust the exercises as needed.
Now my muscles are much stronger, my knee feels so much better, and I can keep playing tennis without the same issues. I truly appreciate everything Natasha has done—it feels almost magical. Thanks to her, I’ve been able to reach my goal of continuing to play tennis.
