Hi, I’d like to share some feedback about my recent experience at Rogers.

I visited the store to update my wife’s phone, and we were assisted by Payal. From the beginning, she provided us with clear, detailed information and took the time to explain every option available. Thanks to her guidance, we ended up getting a much better phone plan than we expected.

On top of that, Payal walked us through the great offers on home internet and streaming services, and we even switched our internet to Rogers because of the amazing deals she presented.

Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences my wife and I have ever had. Payal was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She truly went above and beyond.
