Meekz, I came in today at SoftMok
Fairview Mall. Looking for one pair of running shoes. He provided me exceptional service and also suggested on other items. Excellent customer service. I would Definitely come back 👍 Keep up the great work.

Big store with a decent number of shoes. First impression was not good; nobody was at the entrance to greet customers which I always see at my regular store at Eaton. All the staff members were inside the cash counter so if you need any help you have to go and ask. We got a nice pair of boots so had to take that to the cash counter to ask for the right size. The staff at cash counter was helpful and had enough patience. He answered all our questions and helped us to get different pair of boots multiple times. We asked for corporate employee discount (which we got before from other location just by telling the name of the company we work for) but he said we need to get a code from online employee profile which we didn’t have. So we couldn’t get any discount. Only odd thing that bothered me most none of the staff members greets or smiles or asks if we need any help even if you make any eye contact which proves none of them are happy at work. Would recommend to provide them some motivation.

I was helped by Meekz at the SoftMoc Fairview Mall location. He provided excellent customer service! He differentiated the orthotic insoles and explained what each function of the machine reading meant in a simple way. He advised me on additional shoes I can wear in door to also help support my feet. Meekz also informed me about the points program you have and the benefits which I was grateful for. It was a pleasure shopping at SoftMoc today thanks to Meekz!
