I have been to this store few times. Once it was an online purchase return. The staff was so dry behaviour and secondly she didn’t do her work properly and I couldn’t return the head office. They gave ne a reference number to my purchase. I went to another REITMANS branch. Surprised to see the staff there made it so simple to return.
Yesterday Oct 11 I was there and was shopping around. I asked the staff to check the price for me. One of the item did not have red tag I just asked her it was in sale rack she said maybe someone has put it there. The second item she did tell me the price but her body language was like she is in hurry to leave the desk. I wanted to buy the skirt but her behaviour was a turn off.
This is an on going issue with this Reitmens branch. Some changes need to be done. I usually am very understanding person. It the store is busy
