Went to replace the strap for my watch of 16 years. My experience was very smooth. Alice who helped me is amazing. She buffed the dial to give it new look and also replaced the battery for free. She replaced multiple straps on my watch, so I can try all of them on my wrist before finalizing. Great job Alice !

The staff provided exceptional customer service, handling both tasks with professionalism and efficiency. They replaced the buckle and buffed the glass free of charge!
