I get it. It might not be your dream job testing water. But how about a greeting, a smile? Had a water sample analyzed as I had a problem. It was like pulling teeth to get a recommended treatment. The print outs are great but the customer service was pretty much non-existent. Asked about using a different chemical that I already had and got the “well I’d have to recalculate that”. It’s part of the job. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful. I know dealing with customers isn’t always fun, but it is what you make it.
Love this place! The service is fantastic. I have come many times for chemicals and have arrived just after closing. They always help out and offer to grab me whatever I need fantastic staff.
