Superior quality and excellent client service. I have ordered a number of Baskits. Every single one was delivered on time, with the exact gift and contents expected. The quality of the items in the basket has always been top notch.

I really appreciate that this company strives to use other Canadian suppliers. That is important to me. I appreciate that this is a company that is owned and run by women and that it is Canadian.

My recent experience is another example of the great client service and I feel it is worth commenting upon because Baskits when out of their way to ensure a gift got to the right place. The Baskit I ordered late yesterday, to be delivered today, had to be diverted to an address just outside of the GTA. I called, gave my order number and no problem, gift rerouted, on it's way to the new destination. Thank you Ruth W! No fuss, no bother, no extra charges, and all handled in less that 5 minutes. To me, that is exceptional client service and one of the reasons I order from here so often and can highly recommend them as a great source for gifts that are a bit out of the ordinary and definitely higher quality than most!!
