BIG SHOUT OUT !!! to Josh Lewis The Cadillac Service Advisor at City Cadillac at 1900 Victoria Park Avenue here in Toronto! My typical wait period for an oil change and on-rim winter tire switch on my 2020 Spark has been 4 to 5 hours!!! Josh is the exception. Despite it being the busy period at City Cadillac he got me in and out in 40 minutes! Unbelievable!! So nice to work with a very pleasant individual who is considerate of a customers time!
I found City Cadillac to be one of the best dealerships I ever been serviced at. My service adviser, Josh Lewis, was very helpful, professional, and very efficient. He looked into my car's problems, organized service, and got it done very quickly. Texting feature they have is also super convenient.
My experience with Taylor at City Cadillac was truly amazing. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Every time I had a question, Taylor responded quickly and provided all the information I needed. While I didn't get to buy the car this time around—due to some unrelated circumstances on my end—I feel so confident in their team that I would gladly do business with them when the time is right. Taylor is a real asset to the dealership!
They have a new system to keep you updated on the progress of your service appointment. A link to a video where they tell you what needs doing while showing you!!! You have complete control for what work gets done. Then another message with a link to pay your bill. By the time they come out with your key, you pick up your receipt and keys and off you go. Oh! By the way, they give you a quick car wash too!!
My service advisor was also excellent explaining my warranty, what needs doing today and what can wait until next visit.
