Had a great experience with James Chang! We just bought a 2022 VW Tiguan and we love it. This is the first time buying a new car from the dealership and it was a smooth experience. I have and drive daily a golf city, recently I change the battery and I lost the anti theft code for the sound system, I contacted your dealer with the VIN number and the ownership to recover the code, I was told it will cost me $72.00 to do so.
This is outrageous demand from a company like VW.
It is a GREAT after sale service VW Canada.
I have been contacted by Mr. R Penha (Service Manager) at VW dealer and happily went all the way to help me with my request, also checked with me on e mail the following morning to make sure everything was well.

Recently purchased a new car and traded in my used car. I dealt with Xi Yu. She was fantastic to deal with. Was very informative on each step as well as followed up to ensure the customer service of her colleagues (finance manager, general manager, etc) was adequate. She also was great in following up to ensure we didn’t have any questions or concerns about the vehicle as well as walked us through the VW app prior to us leaving. All in all, I would definitely work with Xi again!
Recently was selling an used car and DV VW handle it perfectly with speed and great communications. Jason Fernandez, the used car manager was super friendly and fair to deal with. Although I'm not buying a VW next, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this dealer next time if I wanted a VW in the future.
Bought a 2022 Taos and dealt with James who was wonderful. With supply shortages and lengthy delivery times, he turned what could be a frustrating situation, into a breeze. The man deserves a raise.
