I had a great experience at this store! Atefa was so sweet and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience so easy. She’s super kind, friendly, and just has such a positive vibe.

The store offers a good variety of hair accessories, but the quality for some of the products is downright bad.

I bought a hair “stick” from the store twice, and each cost me around $15. The first one I got was made of plastic, and broke after a week. Just brushed it off. When I visited again last Saturday, I picked up one that was made of a metallic material… thinking it would be durable. Good thing I tried it in store after I made the purchase. The stick itself was sturdy, but this time… a decorative piece from the hair stick fell off! The manager who is Korean refused to give me a refund. I know this is their policy, and I was informed of it before making the purchase. However, don’t sell products that are cheaply-made and charge premium price for it!

The manager proceeded to tell me that this had never happened before in a very dismissive tone, which is basically victim-blaming. I told her I was not a little kid who didn’t know what I was doing when I used the hair stick, and it would make no sense for me to spend money on something I really liked and be reckless with it right after. Also, don’t forget I am giving this product a second chance, after my first bad experience with the plastic variety. She, however, told me she would tell her higher-ups about this, so I hope they will start doing some quality inspections with these hair accessories.

In the end, I was forced to pick another item of a similar value (found a headband that looked cute, and paid a few extra dollars for it for the difference). Even though I ended up with something I would wear everyday, this is not ideal. The ideal situation would be refunding me the money and taking accountability of the poor quality of the product.

As a side note: kudos to the red-haired Korean employee who has been nothing but friendly every time I visit the store. She was the person who took the time to show me how to use the hair stick, and I love her energy a lot!

I love this place. Mimi and Fiona are excellent helpers when it comes to beauty products. I was strugling prepare for my wedding because I don't know which products or how to do bridal make up for myself. And at Kiokii, if you purchase from $150 or more, they can either do the make up for you on your wedding day or teach you how to do it. They also have similar packages for eyelashes, and nails. Mimi gave me really good advice about what skin care and make up products suit me well, how to take care of my skin and how to do the bridal make up. Fiona helped me to put the nail set on. After 2 weeks using their products, my skin looks so bright, smooth, healthy that everyone at my wedding complimented me for my make up. If you need to find good Asian skin care and make up products, also very cute, addorable jewelery, Kiokii is a must visit store at CF Fairview Mall for girls. 😍😍

Sienna was amazing! I have very sensitive and reactive skin. I wasn’t able to find the usual products I use and was nervous about trying something new, especially because purchasing a whole new line of products is expensive if you have to throw them out after having a bad reaction. Sienna was able to determine which line was best for my skin type and skin issue, and was a genius to grab a sample travel sized kit so in case I had a bad reaction I wasn’t losing money. Ps, it worked beautifully! Happy to buy the full line once I finish this! Sienna was amazing to hear my concerns and know what my skin and wallet needed! Thanks! ❤️

The place is well lit. And the customer service especially from MIMI (one of the staff members ) was incredible. She is so nice helpful and approachable.
It’s a must Visit.
