Had a really good experience at the Apple Store in Mapleview Burlington. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to guide me through the issue with my device. The store was clean and well-organized, and the service was efficient. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait time was a bit longer than expected. Overall, still a great location with reliable customer service.
I visited the Apple Store to replace the display on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, and the experience was excellent. The customer service was amazing — very professional, friendly, and they explained everything clearly.

Even in a busy store with dozens of staff, he demonstrated exceptional service by personally helping my mom set up her new iPhone 17 Pro and transfer all her contacts and apps. The Apple store was a great experience. They have plenty of staff, so you usually only wait a few minutes. The store has a stylish décor and a comfortable, well-organized space. Overall, a pleasant and efficient place to shop for Apple products.
