I went here to do my TB skin test and it went pretty good for the first step and then I had to do my second step but I couldn’t make it to my 3:45 pm appointment because I had to go to the funeral home to see my grandma. And she’s like “oh okay, you’re gonna have to do the test all over again”. I’m like excuse me? You have the audacity to make me repeat the same process over again? I don’t have time for that right now. So I did what she said and phone called the place because it opens around 10am to 7pm and told them my situation and she asked for the doctor but I didn’t get his name the last time and when I told her that she hanged up the phone. What’s wrong with these people? So inconsiderate and rude. Can’t you at least talk to somebody to figure out my situation? But no you had to hang up the phone and not talk to me. What a joke. Never coming back here unless yall fix something about this. I’m going to another walk in clinic so I could find better service than this one.
