The negative reviews here are bogus. My family and I have been with Dr Ng for 3 years and have had a great experience till date. Booking appointment could be smoother but not too bad. Dr Ng and his medical staff over compensate for it.
Hello and good day. I don't know what is happening currently/last year plus, but a pharmacy trying to Fax to refill a perscription/getting through to the office is getting "horribly" worse by the day. I would love to find a new doctor's office but i am stuck with no option. If "not" having my medication on time when i've planned 10 days in advance for a refill through the pharmacist isn't going to happen anymore then my health and routine is at risk. I ask what should i do? I will make appointments from now on and ask for 100 refills to avoid this i guess. If you work odd hours this is very difficult to work with the doctor and getting theough. I wish things we're different at the office as it used to be very pleasant. Nowadays it's a chore in every regard to visit in person. Can i get a refund on the takes i pay for this?

Originally, I had some reservations about Dr. Ng after reading all the Google Reviews. However, Dr. Ng’s professionalism proved me wrong over time. He is highly responsible, intelligent, caring, and hardworking. He’s not the kind of doctor who rushes his patients through their appointments but takes the time to think through the best solution based on all aspects, including health and economic. He is one of the best doctors our whole family has had. We are so grateful to have him as our family doctor.
The nurse is also very detail-oriented. She noticed my mom’s swollen eye bag when my mom and no one in our family was aware.
