I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered all my questions clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The place is clean, organized, and fast in service. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
I was there on Sat Oct 12 with my father who had shingles since a week prior to that but stubbornly would NOT go to the walk in because of the wait time. I called around and our go-to walk-in had 10 - 15 people ahead of us at around 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday. Another one was a 1.5 hour wait and Flex was 30 - 40 minutes. We went with FLEX and were SO IMPRESSED. We waited 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional and personable. Fantastic experience. I also believe they may be taking on new patients so if you need a doctor, we were served by Dr. Harrison Eyamba Offion and he was amazing. He was accompanied by another doctor who was lovely, as well, but I did not catch her name. Happy to say that this is our new go-to walk in clinic.
Pleasant Surprise - Great Care Without the Long Wait
Based on the positive reviews, I decided to try this clinic for my 2-Step TB-Test & I'm so glad I did! I registered online before arriving, which made check-in seamless.
Dr.Samar Urooj was thorough and kind, a doctor everyone hopes to find. From the moment she walk in the room, her focus was entirely on me. I appreciate the fact that she practice active listening, often repeating back what I've said to ensure she understood completely.
Dr.Urooj was thorough, Detail-Oriented, and a good listener. An exceptional listener who asks insightful, probing questions, she displays genuine empathy & instills confidence & makes one feel easy.
I booked my appointment for a “meet & greet” a few days later & now She is my Family Doctor which I am so happy for coz I am sure she will always take my concerns seriously and be relentlessly thorough, her compassion is genuine, and expertise is evident. I left the appointment not only with a plan but with the confidence that I am in the best possible hands. Thanks a lot Dr.Urooj.
