I love this little house of yoga! Especially my Yoga Nidra. I look forward to slipping away from reality. Guided by the calming peaceful voice of Cheryl which takes me to the deepest level of meditation. I highly recommend after a long work day. You will not be disappointed!

Working with Cheryl to bring Yoga to dog parents has been an absolute pleasure. It’s no surprise she continues to get glowing reviews like this one. Our community really did enjoy the way she explained step-by-step what and why we were doing motions. Throughout the lesson, she also made our community laugh, and stayed back afterwards to engage with the participants.
Cheryl has been an incredible community partner of Markham Dog Alliance by participating in our annual WWF CN Tower Climb and has even sponsored some of our events with raffle prizes.
We would recommend time and time again as a partner, and as a studio!
Forward Motion Yoga is amazing. I have been attending their classes for about a year and it has really improved my flexibility and eliminated a lots of pain i had everywhere. I look forward to attending my weekly classes. I truly relax during the sessions. It helps with my physical and mental well being. I feel that with every session I am able to stretch further. Each class focuses on different parts of the body. Yoga is so beneficial to body and mind and Cheryl is truly fantastic.
I had some one on one yoga+meditation lessons with Cheryl and they were amazing! I feel relaxed, calm and rejuvenated after every session. Really glad I found this place and will definitely try the meditation classes later ;)
