My consultation at Copper Creek Dental was exceptional from start to finish. The entire staff was warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Chan was very kind and took the time to review and clearly explain everything, which I really appreciated. The whole visit felt smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Chen and had a great experience. The receptionist explained their estimate submission process to insurance to me, helped set up my baby in their system as well, and booked my spouse in for a weekend appointment all together.

As I was a new patient, Dr. Chen and Assistant Ivy did x-rays and inspected my teeth one by one to note down exactly the status of my mouth, and was very efficient with my cleaning/descaling. It felt like a much smoother and modern experience compared to my old dental clinic. They were also very kind and quick with examining my baby.

Dr. Chen and Ivy both spoke Cantonese, and explained their procedures and what options I had to improve my teeth very thoroughly. I’m glad I have such a great clinic to visit so close to home.

It was good experience. I was genuinely apprehensive about dental visits, but their dentists and dental assistants demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism. The experience was completely anxiety-free. This dental clinic comes with my highest recommendation—should the need arise, it would be an excellent choice.
