It was good in the beginning. Once my insurance needs became more complex, the agent i dealt with started to be hard to communicate with, inefficient, and unprofessional. The policy that I wanted to cancel was not canceled. The policy that I wanted to keep was canceled. Once i found out about this, the agent stopped responding. Waiting to see if the mistakes ever incur any penalties
