Cecilia is very professional in this field and she is very helpful and patient in explaining on questions. The previous insurance company increased our rate significantly when we leasing a new vehicle, with her advice moving to the new company it is a great saving on rate for my home and auto insurance with the same or even better coverage. She is also very responsive, we have very limited time frame to pick up the new car the next day and we provided the information in the afternoon and she provided us the COI the same afternoon. Very good experience and highly recommended.
