As if the annual membership wasn’t already great value enough, there are exclusive stores around the GTA which offer benefits to members such as free passport photos and member pricing on items in the store. It was my first time visiting one and I experienced the same friendly customer service with staff taking my passport photos. I also scored some wicked deals on a faraday pouch and an emergency light for a total price less than a meal at McD’s! Great stuff!
From the review they have good amount of staff....., sadly it's not the case this morning. Only 1 staff handled a line up of 10 and the other just helping photo taking only. Finish my driving permit in an hour. I don't have any problem with the staffs, just wondering if they can have a backup plan when short of staff.
Staff assisted me right away with my international permit and the process was quick and efficient. However, it would feel more professional if staff paused their personal conversations while assisting customers. Full attention during service would make the experience much better.
Large CAA store with a good amount of staff to service customers. Members get discounts on travel items, free passport photos and free snacks. Worth a visit if you're a CAA member. They offer travel deals and packages, but shop around with other travel agencies to compare. There's lots of parking here.
Very helpful and many costumer service I just come in they call me and I ask about the photo picture for the passport , She told me for CAA members free no charge and for my wife they charge me only $10.00 its amazing deal and perfect service, Thank You .
