I recently worked with Y2 Design & Build and had such a great experience. What started as a bathroom leak turned into a full renovation of 2.5 bathrooms, new balusters, and painting throughout the house. Jeff, the project coordinator, was fantastic — always reliable, quick to respond, and kept everything on track. Eason, the lead worker, was truly a one-man show. From demolition, plumbing, tiling, electrical, to painting, he handled it all with flawless finishes and grout lines that are so clean. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, Jeff was always just a call away to make sure communication was smooth.

I’m not the easiest person to please and being detail-oriented, this team delivered and met my expectations. They completed everything in just 19 days with quality, efficiency, and care. I would highly recommend Y2 for anyone looking for reliable and skilled work.

We recently added a bedroom and a shower room on the first floor, which really gave our home an extra space perfect for elderly family members or children. We’re very grateful to Y2 for completing the project in just three weeks! It turned out beautifully. We also had decorative wall molding installed, which looks amazing. The price was very reasonable, and the quality was excellent. They protect the flooring and there is no dust at all in our living area during the construction. We highly recommend them! If we have any future renovation needs, we will definitely work with them again and recommend them to our friends and family. The price was truly fair and the results were fantastic.

We recently renovated our house and we couldn’t be happier with the end results Y2 delivered. We renovated 3 bathrooms and repainted our kitchen. The team was very professional and efficient. Andy, our PM, was top notch. The whole project took about 6 weeks. Andy ensured everything went smoothly - from initial planning, to progress updates, detail confirmations, and finishing touches.
