We had a double paned glass in our Family room which cracked- a minor blemish “inherited” when we bought our house - Academy glass came to the rescue! Christine was reliable, explained the process of replacement. This was no easy task. The work was perfection. My husband removed the window, dropped it to the Markham workshop, picked up the perfect window, and Voila!! Good as new!!!! Thank you, Academy Glass!!
Their service it is very quick. Although there were some hicupps with a client rep taking the phone, the owner actively followed up and took action. The rep doesn't work there anymore and that's a good thing. glad with the outcome overall
I had a broken mirror and I went there in person. Their customer service was really good and faster than I expected. I was supposed to get my order in 48 hours but it got ready in less than a day.
If you ever needed a customized glass or mirror don't hesitate to go there, you won't regret it.
