Beginning with entering your store on Woodbine Avenue, we were totally satisfied with everything. The store is immaculate and carries all types/brands of appliances, well set up and not in a crowded area. After we had time to look around, a welcoming gentleman asked if he could assist us and he did. There was no pressure, just interest in what we were looking for. Once we had chosen our stove/oven he pointed out all that we needed to know about the appliance; he completed the paper work explaining clearly what woud transpire in the delivery from there to our home. He insisted that we check the appliance carefully before we signed for it, should there be any damage during the delivery.
We received an email confirming the delivery date and were called the evening before about the delivery time window of 3 hours. Yesterday we received our stove after two very polite men carefully removed the old one. I would recommend Goeman's Appliances to everyone - 100% satisfaction. Thank you.

Goemans Markham, and especially Elly, have become our go-to appliance experts whenever we need something. Elly is knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. A couple of years ago, when we needed kitchen appliances for our renovation, Elly greeted us and provided everything we needed. She was never pushy and was always available to answer our questions. Just last week, when we urgently needed a fridge, she provided options, gave us a great deal, and had the fridge delivered before 10 a.m. the next morning. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
