I've witnessed them waiting on a call for 4+ hours just to prevent an inconvenience for their clients. True dedication
I booked my trip to Cuba through them, but the airline delayed my flight by more than four hours. I called their sales representative, and they patiently and carefully explained what to do. After we returned, they helped us negotiate with the airline, and thanks to their efforts, I finally received 500 Canadian dollars in compensation. I can't imagine what I would have done if I had booked online myself and encountered this situation. I'm very grateful to them; I'll definitely use them for all my future travels.
