Because of your considerate arrangements and a special car coming to OAKVILLE to pick us up, we seniors had the opportunity to go out of their homes and participate in this tour. We were led by tour guide Sun Rui along the way and we had a pleasant and unforgettable day.
Thank you to Canada International Travel Agency for selecting such an excellent tour guide, Mr. Sun Rui, who is considerate, kind, and serious and responsible for our group of old people. During this day's play, Mr. Sun was always considerate of us old people. Since the team members participating in the tour are all very old, it added a lot of difficulty to Mr. Sun. But Mr. Sun always takes good care of the elderly with a smile on his face. During the long journey, Mr. Sun was afraid that we would feel lonely and boring, so he explained Canadian history and local customs along the way. I was delighted to join the 8-day Cuba tour organized by the travel agency. The agency's service was excellent; I didn't have to worry about any travel arrangements. The tour leader was very communicative and everything was arranged perfectly.

The hotel's swimming pool was fantastic, and the beach was beautiful with clear, clean water and calm waves—perfect for swimming, playing in the water, and other water activities. The hotel offered a variety of activities: various activities on the beach every morning, multiple water sports in the pool in the afternoon, and various song and dance performances in the evening. The bar service was excellent, especially the coffee, beer, and wine.

The Havana day trip was definitely worthwhile. The sunrise at the beach was spectacular and worth seeing.

We had a nice trip in Cuba. It was a unforgettable experience in visiting some good places in Havana and Varadero and we had lots of fun under the glorious sunshine at the beach. The service was good and the travel agency provided tourists a lot of convenience and by the way our guide is a very nice guy, professional and experienced and help us to avoid many unneccessary troubles.
