Brought my 4yr old to do a hearing test.
Dr Faran was amazing - very kind and patient with helping my child do the hearing test.
The front desk team was also wonderful in booking our appointment and calling back to remind us.

Dr. Faranak was very helpful. I had temporary hear loss for few weeks due to earwax. Doctor treated me with patience, she is good communicator. As a result, she fixed my issue right away, removed earwax and my ears were were unblocked in just one visit. I can hear normally. It feels so great. I am very thankful and really appreciate the service given by Dr. Faranak Sakhdari. I highly recommend this place for anyone facing issues.

My experience was amazing. Due to a medical condition, my hearing had slowly declined. The audiology specialist "Faran" helped me get the best hearing aids for my condition. She is very professional and thoroughly explained all of my questions and concerns. My life has improved greatly now that I'm able to hear better. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that struggles with hearing loss.

I had an excellent experience at Ultima Hearing Centre! I booked my appointment the same day and was able to get amazing service. My audiologist, Faranak Sakhdari, was a very knowledgeable and efficient audiologist who explained the hearing test results clearly. The whole process was less than 45 minutes long. Highly recommend for any testing in relation to hearing.

Update Feb 11/23:
I wanted to amend my previous review to discuss the efforts made by Ultima after recognizing my negative experience at my last visit. They immediately reached out to me to reschedule my appointment and also offered me compensation for their services. The audiologist who saw me and my partner was very knowledgable and walked through every step of the procedure with us to make sure that we understood and were comfortable with everything, big or small. Overall, I felt cared for and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and chalk up my first visit as a learning experience with their booking schedule and don't see any reason it would happen again.

My partner and I booked an appointment on the same day together (complimentary test for him, ear cleaning for me). My partner received a call saying they could not do his test that day, but only I only got an email saying the admin would confirm my appointment the next day. A bit odd, but I thought they had too many patients to do complimentary services that day so that was fair. Didn't hear anything else to the day of my appointment, so I thought I was still good. In hindsight, I should have checked before I came as I'm now at the clinic and it's just closed even though Google says it's open. No one's answering their phone when I call.
