    This was the Best auto service Centre experience I have ever had! I noticed a decline in tire pressure for one of my wheels and I entered the address in The app. Then FSD drove me there flawlessly. I just walked in and spoke with Marta who assured me that they would deal with it right away. I was kept informed of everything from expected time and cost. They delivered a fix promptly and got me on my way. I used to dread getting my car serviced but with Tesla the experience was a pleasure from the helpful people, the urgency, the quick result and the reasonable cost. My highest rating possible!

    I’ve been working with Majoire at Tesla and I want to share my appreciation.

    Even though I’ve had some challenges with my used Tesla purchase, Majoire has been extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and getting the needed corrections started. He’s been professional, approachable, and reassuring, making me feel much better about my decision to buy pre-owned from Tesla.

    The work isn’t fully complete yet, but so far, his support and effort have made a huge difference. He’s been great to deal with, and I’m confident things are moving in the right direction thanks to him.

    I had one of the best service appointments I’ve ever experienced at Tesla. From the moment I arrived at 3:30 PM, Marta Fernandes, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and professional. I had an issue with an unusual noise coming from the passenger side, and the team needed more time to troubleshoot it properly.

    To make things seamless, Marta arranged a loaner vehicle for me—complete with free Supercharging—so I wasn’t left waiting or inconvenienced. By the next day, my vehicle was fully repaired and ready for pickup.

    Marta went above and beyond with her communication and care throughout the entire process. Thank you again to Marta and the amazing team!
