    Renovated last year. There is no home sense anymore, and only Winners. There's more selection in clothing now.

    Generally organized and always getting new items.

    Though the line to checkout is quite long and moves slow.

    My favourite Winners location. You always find very unique products at affordable prices. They lose a star because sometimes the cashier forgets to take the alarm off items at the checkout counter, and when you leave the store, it buzzes, and people think you have taken something. It has happened to me 3 times at this location. I always make sure to double check with cashier to avoid this from happening. Otherwise, great store.

    I had a very frustrating experience at Winners in Markville Mall. At 10am on a weekday, there was only one register open, causing a severe bottleneck in the checkout line. Despite multiple associates being present, they were handling other tasks instead of assisting with checkout. The lone cashier was processing approximately 10 items while maybe managing returns and exchanges, leading to a long wait. I had just 4 items and still had to wait approximately 11 minutes. The lack of staff support at the registers made the situation even more frustrating. Definitely need better organization to improve the customer experience.
