Revive Smiles - Dental Implants

Came to Dr Metwally‘s office after wonderful booking procedure over the phone and was able to get a cancellation earlier. Dr Metwally and his staff are absolutely lovely and I’ve now had my consultation and I am on my way for my dental implant. Everything was explained thoroughly and a treatment plan and costs were explained, and all questions were answered precisely.

It was a very pleasant experience on my first visit and appointment with Revive Smiles dental clinic. As I entered I could smell the clean air seeing the place is very clean. I was attended promptly with courtesy at the Reception Everything that I need to know was explained very well confirming my telephone inquiry prior to my appointment. It's amazing how she handled the detail to my full satisfaction. Just this initial encounter gave me full confidence and trust.

I dont normally bother to write any reviews only because its very rare to actually be "amazed" or "wowed" by service. Dr. Metwally is not only an incredible implant surgeon/dentist with an impeccable body of work but he is also handsdown the most compassionate and kindest dentist you'll meet in this city. I know this because I've probably seen over 20 dentists in the past 3 years in order to resolve some of my dental problems.

It's so rare to find someone like him in the dental field where so many dentists are like sharks out to get every penny from you. Oftentimes, they place that above care and compassion for the patient. I have never seen a dentist or any health practitioner for that matter who makes you feel loved and cared for more than Dr. Metwally and I could never recommend him to anyone enough. If you need dental implants please do yourself a favour and come to this clinic.

This is exemplified in not only Dr. Metwally but the entire team. They are all so kind, caring, funny, polite and patient. Belinda and Lilly are two of the best front desk dental receptionists you'll ever meet. They never seem irritated and are always so patient when answering questions. They never make you feel like you're a nuisance or try to rush you out the door. The dental nurse is also so friendly and always checks in on you and always makes sure your comfortable. She's so caring and helps you feel at ease. (I'm sorry for forgetting your name. I'm so bad with names sometimes)

And finally, Mo and Carol you guys are always so funny and friendly and it's always a great interaction whenever I see you guys around.

Dr Metwaly is a fabulous surgeon. I have been his patient for years and he is highly skilled, compassionate, and very professional. He has a wonderful bed side manner and he would be ideal for sensitive or elderly patients also. The staff are great; warm and friendly, and the practice is immaculate. A great clinic with great service.

Dr. Metwally and his staff are amazing at what they do with so much patience and compassion from start to finish. Carol can’t thank you enough for all the follow up calls and answering of all my questions big and small.

Would highly recommend the whole team to anyone that is experiencing any difficulties or fear of dentists they are amazing at what the do!!
