We had our first visit to the orthodontist for my daughter, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The clinic is bright, clean, and beautifully maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. They use modern technologies that made the assessment quick and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Overall, a fantastic first visit — we feel confident and well-cared for!

I received my metal braces when I was quite young and long ago (circa 2007). I cannot recall any negative experience with their office during that time. One of my permanent retainers recently popped out (2025). I was able to get an appointment within a few days to have it glued back on.

Anna was an absolute delight and great to work with. She placed my retainer in without issues and was very knowledgeable about her work. Really impressed with her and most of the staff working there. Overall great experience at STO.

This was my first visit to STO Orthodontics, and from the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed by the staff. They took detailed photos and X-rays, and provided a clear visual explanation of every step in the process. They took the time to make sure I fully understood my options and helped me find the best treatment plan for my needs.

Even though I preferred to avoid a surgical procedure, they reassured me that braces would be a comfortable and effective alternative. I truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and willingness to accommodate my preferences.

I also struggle with anxiety when it comes to medical or dental procedures, but the team made me feel calm, comfortable, and cared for throughout my visit.

STO came recommended by our friends as a great team of Orthodontist who provided a great and successful experience to our friends.We had our first initial consultation today and are blown away with professionalism and detailed approach in order to get an estimate. The fact that STO spent almost hour and a half taking all x rays, pictures and scans in order to present the visual of the final outcome and all this for free just tells you about their high level in patient's approach. The estimate was detailed and with many financial options along with a great payment plan that is affordable. We are very impressed! Their approach did not leave any other option then to go with them.
