This dental office is great. The staff all have great manners and take diligent and thorough care of their clients. Dr Kachwala filled my teeth quickly, effortlessly and painlessly. She also seems like a great person who genuinely cares about her clients' oral health. The dental hygienist Ashley cleans teeth quickly and thoroughly and has great communication skills. The receptionist Iryn has a friendly attitude and stays on top of her tasks. She regularly calls clients for follow up appointments and sends appointment confirmation texts on time. The staff are all great and take their time with their clients and answer all dental questions professionally. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

Amazing staff, amazing treatment, easily accessible, spotless/clean office. I booked an appointment for a general cleaning and check-up and not only were they able to fit me in for an appointment immediately at a convenient time, they were warm and welcoming, thorough in my appointment and explained everything very clearly when I had any questions.

Cannot recommend Smiles at North York Dental enough, I’ve found my permanent dentist’s office.
