He returned my call with an hour and arrived when he said would. Fixed the problem quickly. Toilet that we had been trying to fix for a week was fixed within minutes!
This was my second time using them however, due to the time I called they were shutting down and heading out on a Friday evening however, the gentleman that I answered, was kind enough to walk me through troubleshooting my hot water tank and I manage to resolve it.
