Fantastic contractor that we used extensively for work on our home here in East York. Maks and his team renovated two bathrooms, painted most of the house, did a complete gut reno of the basement. Now we can have our kids playing in the basement, we enjoyed and satisfied UZCA builders and their team members. They do consistently excellent work for a fair price.

I hired UZCA to renovate my house in Etobicoke It was an extensive remodel of the upstairs master bedroom, closet and bathroom and a re-configuration of my downstairs kitchen and dining room. I live in an historic home and the quality of the work mattered a great deal to me. They did a great job. I liked the team and Maks, the project manager, was fantastic to work with. Quick to return calls and creative when I wanted to change plans mid-stream. They were reasonably priced and worked quickly. I'd highly recommend them.
I liked their work enough that I've also hired them to do a commercial renovation at my office.

We hired UZCA Premium Builders to finish the basement in our Richmond hill home. We got quotes from 5 different companies, but UZCA Builders stood out the most because of their attention to detail, the ideas and suggestions that they had, and their thought out quote, which didn't leave anything out and gave us an all inclusive price. We were also impressed with their quick response time and professional manner in which they conducted themselves.

We were extremely pleased with the work that they did on our basement. Maks and Arthur were on site every day, sometimes several times a day, and they were on top of their game and very responsive. There weren't any breaks in the job. Once they started the project, it was moving along. They came up with creative solutions on how to maximize the space, they gave us practical ideas on making that space more functional, they were quick to point out how things needed to be done so they are up to code, and most importantly, they didn't try to cut corners and did everything right the first time.

Our quote included allowances for finishes that we would choose, so early in the process Maks sent us an excel spreadsheet detailing all the finishes we would need, the allowance and recommendation on where to get the items, as well as timing when these finishes would be needed/installed. Having this detail in front of us really helped and saved us time of putting it together ourselves. This is the level of attention that we are so happy with: these guys anticipate what would be needed and walk you through it, so that the process is not as difficult/stressful as it could be.

We also ordered our kitchenette & bathroom cabinets, as well as counters through them.

The basement remodel finished on time and on budget. We are very happy with the entire process and with how our basement looks. We honestly don't have any complaints about UZCA Builders. We found out about them through Google and now we recommend them to everyone looking to undertake a house related project. Their prices are good and comparable, the quality of work is very high and these guys are really easy to work with.

Max did a great job in my bathroom renovation. He is extremely detailed person and very professional. He did an outstanding job. In my many experiences with contractors UZCA Builders Inc was definitely the best.

Max is an excellent, reasonably priced, general contractor who we hired to completely renovate our upstairs bathrooms and main floor kitchen. He is extremely detail oriented and precise. The extensive work on our kitchen backsplash and large bathroom shower is exceptional. Max has a large network of professionally qualified subcontractors who completed our plumbing, electrical, shower glass, and painting under his tight supervision. Max also did an excellent job with project management. This is often ignored by other GCs but Max used these skills to keep our projects on schedule and on budget. We have no hesitation recommending Max and we look forward to working with him again on our next project!
