I’ve been seeing Pamella since 2024, and from the beginning, she was very upfront about her faith. As a Christian counsellor, she strongly upholds her beliefs, but she has never imposed them on me.
Anytime she’s offered to pray for me, she’s always asked for my permission first—which I truly appreciate. Especially during more difficult times, I found that gesture both respectful and encouraging.
Pamella is soft-spoken, yet she communicates clearly and directly. She doesn’t sugarcoat things, and I’ve come to really value that honesty in her approach. She holds me accountable and has helped me stay on track with a few important goals.
One of the biggest things I’ve learned through our work together is that I need to start putting myself first—not out of selfishness, but so I can show up better for myself and for my family. I’m finally taking steps toward that, and I’m learning to believe in myself more. I keep reminding myself that I can make all this come to existence.
That mindset shift has been huge for me. Finding the right therapist takes time, and not everyone is the right fit for everyone. If Pamella isn’t the right match for you, that’s okay—but for me, she’s been a consistent source of support and progress. I honestly wish I had met her sooner, but I believe everything happens in its own time.
10/10 would recommend to anyone. She is an amazing therapist and is very good with children. She is very patient, nice, kind and overall just one of the best therapists out there.
I highly recommend! 10/10. She is an excellent therapist with a wealth of experience. From my personal experience I found her to be very patient, kind, a good listener and always had my best interest at heart. This therapist made a huge positive impact on my life and I am forever grateful.
If you are ready to take therapy seriously then she is the one. I’ve seen several therapists and none of them come close to her. She is simply amazing and very good at what she does.
